Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at [[email protected]]([email protected]) or call us at [+91 9840065833].

After Dispatch

Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be canceled. We request you to kindly accept the delivery, and if there are any concerns, please reach out to our support team.

Refund Policy

Damaged / Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.

Non-Delivery

In case your order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to Iyarkaifoods, you will receive a full refund.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for products once delivered, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

Exceptions

  • Perishable items once opened or used will not be eligible for a refund.
